Dr. Kratzer has served at Valley Shepherd since January 2003. As a part-time staff person, Dr. Kratzer oversees the areas of visitation, prayer, lay ministries, and discipleship. It doesn't take long to hear Dr. Kratzer's heart, for he often says in the course of a day., "Prayer is the key to power."
