Experience Sunday Night Prayer & Praise Hour
Join us for Sunday Night Prayer and Praise, every Sunday night at 6:00 in Room 164-165 at Valley Shepherd. Check the church calendar for cancellations or changes. Prayer and Praise is a great place to share with friends in a casual setting. Hear testimonies from church members and staff, worship together, and learn more about living for Christ - all in a laid-back, comfortable environment. Bring yourself, bring a friend, and fellowship with us. Refreshments follow each service. Come meet us at Prayer and Praise Hour this week.
Youth group summer mission trips
VSN Youth Ministries has some exciting trips planned for the youth this summer, and they can use your prayer and support. The senior high will be trekking to Los Angeles from June 13 to the 22nd. We'll be taking in the sights and sounds of life in the inner city through the guidance of Center for Student Missions (CSM). Later this summer, the junior highers will be heading back to San Francisco for another memorable trip. They'll have a chance to work and experience the life and times of the inner city of San Francisco. If you want more information about our youth program, email Pastor Tom.
Get Away To Ladies Retreat This Fall
Make plans to be at ladies' retreat, September 11-14, in beautiful Trinity Pines campground in Cascade. Build friendship and meet new people at the biggest event of the year for Valley Shepherd's women's ministry. There will be crafts, activities, speakers, and more. You won't want to miss. Cost is $67 and includes all meals for the weekend. For more information, speak with Jenny Clark.
